GLOBALCRASH · THE FRIDAY PRINT
The Friday Print
One official reading a week. GlobalCrash publishes its number of record — the print — every Friday at 20:00 UTC, computed from all 36 indicators at their weekly close. That's the number the history chart, the records, and the scorecard are built on.
Between prints, you're watching the Pulse. The needle keeps moving in real time as markets trade — that's a live estimate breathing around the last official print. The print is the verdict; the Pulse is the preview.
Why weekly? Most of the inputs (jobless claims, Fed stress indexes, housing data) update weekly or slower — a daily "official" number would just be noise wearing a suit. One settlement moment each week also makes the record auditable: every print is timestamped and graded against what followed.
The index measures how fragile conditions are, not when anything breaks.
What a print contains
The headline reading and band, the 13-week velocity, the correlation regime, every pillar score with its live member count, and the full list of inputs that moved — all frozen at Friday 20:00 UTC and appended to the public record that the scorecard is graded from. The previous print is never revised.
Reading it well
Treat the print as the verdict and the Pulse as the preview. A print that moves a point or two is noise; a move across a band edge, or a velocity swing of five points in a quarter, is the story. Method, weights and blind spots are on the methodology page.
